Born in Milan in August 1974. Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1998, and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2004. He also attended the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and the Academy of International Law in The Hague for a significant period.
During his professional activities, both in litigation (especially before regional administrative courts) and out-of-court, he has acquired qualified experience, particularly in the field of public contracts for works, services, and supplies, concessions of goods and public services, expropriation procedures, and local government regulations. He is authorized to practice before higher courts.
He has been with VILDE for over twenty years and has been a partner of the firm since July 2012.
